For safety and fun, our curriculum will have your child comfortable

in the water and/or swimming with confidence and independence.

NOVICE classes focus on basic water skills: safety, entry/exit, floating,

breathing, submersion, overcoming fears and survival skills.

MULTI-LEVEL classes focus on basic swimming skills: head/body position,

breathing, hip rotation, arm movement, leg movement and strokes.

The 2D & SNG swimming program is for typical and special needs

individuals ages 3 months and up.
